Enjoy a unique culinary experience with our Korean-style sliced short ribs . Perfect for satisfying your guests (Patrick S.'s favorite recipe)!

Ingredients

  • A pack of Rustik Bison Korean-style sliced short ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of gochugaru chili powder
  • Rice, cooked and warmed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • Boston lettuce leaf
  • Diced cucumber, tomato, chili pepper, onion, or any other side vegetables of your choice

Instructions

The day before: Defrost the short ribs and place them in a sealed bag with the soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, and gochugaru. Mix well and let marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

Cook the rice and let it cool. Chop the vegetables and tear the lettuce leaves. Prepare the sauce by mixing the sour cream and lime juice.

Cook the marinated short ribs on the BBQ over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.

It's messy time! Break up the short ribs and place them in a lettuce leaf with rice, vegetables, and chunks of short rib meat, and top with sauce.
