The marrow bones are cut lengthwise to allow you to enjoy this very refined dish with a nutty flavor.
Cooking: Defrost and then soak the bones in cold water in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then, season and grill the bone side up. The marrow can be eaten as is with bread and herb butter!
